Argosy Casino Riverside

Argosy Casino Riverside, Kansas City's first casino, is fast on its way to becoming a premier destination spot with construction of a brand new luxury hotel and day spa.

Argosy broke ground for the $66 million, 258-room hotel last year, and expects to complete the project second quarter of 2007. Hotel amenities include eight suites; a state-of-the-art fitness center; lush outdoor garden area for events; additional meeting space; large plasma-screen televisions in every spacious room; and a full-service day spa.

Argosy, a Penn National Gaming property, is more convenient than ever with a five-story garage with more than 1,200 parking spots. The garage is conveniently located to the west immediately adjacent to the casino.

Argosy completed a $105 million renovation in December of 2003, a design featuring a spectacular 62,000 square foot, Mediterranean-themed casino with 1,804 coinless slot machines; 40 table games; a new poker room with a dedicated cashier's cage and beverage service; two giant video walls and more than 70 plasma-screen televisions.

Argosy has five dining venues - The Journey Wood-Fired Steaks, casual fine dining featuring steak, seafood and pasta dishes; the Terrace Buffet, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week; Crazy Olives, our European-style tavern and restaurant with large screen televisions, specialty drinks, appetizers and entrees; Leo's Deli on the casino floor featuring fresh made-to-order sandwiches; and Zoe's Coffee, Pastries and Gifts, offering gift items and specialty coffee and baked goods.

Our spacious banquet facilities can accommodate up to 600 guests.
